Can you believe this is the last month of the year? It went by so fast, and so much has happened. As we eat and indulge during the holiday season, you may notice that some dishes just don't "sit right". The culprit? Stomach acid.
So, let’s talk about low stomach acid.
That acid indigestion you have may not be from too much stomach acid. Instead odds are good that it is caused by too little stomach acid. And if you have too little stomach acid and are treated medically with antacids, you will be made permanently sick, for life, from the very first pill. If you are over age 60, far more than half of all Americans this age suffer form low stomach acid. Some estimates are up to 90%
The most common symptoms and diseases caused by low or zero stomach acid are:
+Bloating, belching and flatulence immediately after meals.
+Heartburn and reflux.
+Chronic indigestion, diarrhea, or constipation.
+Crohn’s disease. +Gallbladder disease.
+Undigested food in stools. +Acne and all kinds of skin problems.
+Soft, weak, peeling, or cracked fingernails.
The medical treatment with antacids and acid sopping drugs is the biggest disgrace in all of the medicine. This one practice actually causes serious disease in millions of Americans-all for drug company profits from selling antacids, proton pump inhibitors, the little purple pill, and the rest. You simply cannot fall for this, or you will be insured of staying sick and dying prematurely.
So what should you do if you suffer from acid reflux. Step one-Take ZYPAN with meals for one. Step two-Improve your diet: a Mediterranean diet with plenty of healthy protein (meat, eggs, fish, etc.) and essential fatty acids like tuna omega 3. Step three-replace table salt. Eat only Celtic Sea Salt. Step four-add apple cider vinegar. You can drink a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water with your meals. This will help with digestion and will stimulate better stomach acid productions.
Treatment of the symptoms of disease will almost always fail to help you truly resolve your health problems. For that reason, none of the treatments/protocols in this article are intended to treat any disease or condition.
