Oh it is so cold, I had to turn the heater on last night. Wait I’m dreaming. Darn. Some like the heat some do not. I like around 80 degrees. I was swimming today and my shower water is cooler.
If you're like most Americans, you probably start your day with a hot shower, a cup of coffee-and a handful of pills. I have a warm shower and cup of smoothie but I do take a handful of pills. Of course it’s nutrition pills. More than half of people now regularly take a prescription medication-four, on average-according to Consumer Reports. It turns out Americans take more pills today than at any other time in recent history and far more than people in any other country.
Almost 1.3 million people went to U.S. emergency rooms due to adverse drug effects in 2014, and about 124,000 people died from those events. All of that bad medicine is costly, too. The U.S. spends an estimated $200 Billion per year on the unnecessary and improper use of medication, for the drugs themselves and related medical costs.

Now let me say this again. When you get an injury, the quicker you get adjustment to put it back in place the faster you heal correctly. Ice 20 minutes on but first do range of motion of the injured area. One thing that drives me nuts is when I hear that I’m not in pain. Pain is the last thing to come and the first thing to leave. Sometimes you will not have pain but a numbness or worst yet an organ dysfunction. If you have bald tires, do you wait until they blow out before replacing them. Now for the bad news! Usually one adjustment does not magically fix it. Just ask yourself, does one aspirin prove strong enough?
